The course that Colway International took in January 2020 was more appropriate than we thought. Over the past six months we have studied, tested, checked. We moved forward while patting the sails. Today, we are boldly looking beyond the horizon; efficient ship, patched sails, harmonious crew in turquoise colours are responsible for the helm. Today we invite you - get on the board and watch it from the kitchen.

Safe and reliable company

We continue close cooperation with the Polish Direct Selling Association. C.I. was accepted as the official member almost unanimously. Participation in the Association in full rights shortens the list of arguments that we direct to a potential Business Partner. The Polish Direct Selling Association is a team of experts, lawyers, auditors who guard ethical and reliable action.

TRAINING

Comprehensive Educational Program

We have launched the Colway International’s Educational Program. The 4-pillars program teaches comprehensively how to succeed in MLM business. The first pillar of the program, Kamila Rowińska's course, introduces you to the arcana of building your personal image and brand, conducting social media and automating operations. The second pillar is Piotr Krenig's Business Construction Seminar, which is a recruitment lesson from an experienced industry expert. At BCS, Partners learn why it's worth focusing on building a group, and not on selling products, and how to do it step by step in the Colway International project. The third pillar is products webinars conducted in two forms – ‘Cyclical cosmetic webinars’ (professionally about cosmetic lines) and ‘Soap and jam’ (talks about the needs of the skin and how to solve problems). The fourth pillar is short films or instructional Zooms introducing the principles of business and product promotions, run by C.I. Team from head office.

PRODUCTS

Common sense above all 

We have changed the pricing policy to more adapted to the current situation. The prices of fast-rotating Safe & Save products have been significantly reduced.

We react quickly. We introduced antibacterial gels for sale when they were needed most.

The value of products is gradually increased. We have started cooperation with non-industry media, which resulted in the advertisement Double C Glow Skin Drops Face Serum in Party and receiving the Glamour magazine award ‘Glammies 2020’.

We are not afraid to make unpopular decisions if they are definitely beneficial for the company. Assertively, we have withdrawn from the sale of the unprofitable Omega Complex.

We have packed and sent almost 10,000 packages to you.

We have minimized the number of complaints to 0.2% per month.

COMMUNICATION, MARKETING AND TOOLS

Modern move forward

Despite the termination of cooperation with the movie production company, we have more video recordings than ever. Our Partners are involved in recording movie materials with their own, non-directed, authentic message.

We have changed the company's communication with the Client and Partner to more personalized and friendly. Much less official! Now you won't see the message:

‘Please tick the marketing consents below because they are required to register on the portal’

but

‘Hi! We are jumping with joy that you are creating an account in the Colway International store! We want to get to know you better, so please – click that you are giving your consent to receive marketing messages. If we will write a bit together, it will be like we are a family!"

Many of you after training on building an online business understood that social media activity is a mutual benefit. Today we are involved in our social media together. Together, we build high ranges!

We have invested in new tools and learned how to use and work with them. Now we want to teach you this work! We have a 500-person webinar room adapted for conducting online conferences, a cold market recruitment tool, i.e. the goWebinar platform, a modern mailing program with high efficiency and much, much more.

We had dozens of auctions at Allegro removed. Assertive attitude means that many of them will never return to the Web.

Regular meetings with programmers allow us to understand the processes of system operation and to implement, plan and negotiate.

Currently, optimization, analysis, division and cost control are our middle name. Significant savings in the company allowed for investments in modern marketing solutions and necessary work tools.

TEAM HEAD OFFICE

We reorganized work in the office, which raised the professionalism of the company. Tasks and work areas were separated taking into account competences.

Each of us had to leave our comfort zone many times and try new things. Some of the changes stayed with us for good. New screen stars were born, some developed writing talents, and we also found a knocking talent for hard business negotiations where we did not expect to look for it. 

Pandemic and remote work taught us independence and responsibility for our tasks. We work together on new promotion projects both in the team and with Partners.

Together we underwent Structogram training. We learned about ourselves and how we should communicate with each other, thanks to which we have become a harmonious team.

Daily briefings at 9 AM resulted in learning how to talk to each other. Now we work as a team - together, not separately. Each of us works voluntarily after 4 PM, if we need to get involved in helping the common good. We talk to each other - everyone has the opportunity to comment on any matter, bring their own participation, idea and initiative.
